We are proud to operate our own dedicated fleet of drivers to ensure the highest standards of service and speed.

We currently offer on-demand delivery to specific neighborhoods within Victoria, BC. If your postal code starts with one of the following prefixes, you are eligible for our local delivery service:
- V8T (Downtown, Quadra, Hillside)
- V8V (James Bay, Fairfield)
- V8W (Downtown Core)
- V8P (Henderson, Gordon Head)
- V8X (Saanich East, Quadra)
- V8R (Oak Bay, Jubilee)
- V8S (Fairfield East, Gonzales)
- V8N (Cadboro Bay, Arbutus)
The 30-Minute Delivery Guarantee
For customers within the eligible zones listed above, we strive to have your order at your door within 30 minutes of confirmation.
Please Note: While our delivery service operates 24/7, our 30-minute guarantee is subject to road conditions and safety. During rush hour traffic, overnight shifts, or early mornings, delivery windows may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these peak or low-staffing times.
Local Delivery Rates
- Orders under $35: A flat delivery fee of $5.00 applies.
- Orders over $35: You qualify for Free Local Delivery.
Live Tracking & Communication
We believe you should never have to guess where your order is.
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. This allows you to view your driver’s location on a live map as they approach your address.
- Direct Communication: Need to leave a gate code or specific drop-off instruction? You can communicate directly with your driver through the tracking interface.
2. Canada-Wide Shipping
For our valued customers residing outside of our local Victoria delivery zones, we offer reliable mail-order shipping across Canada.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $130: You qualify for Free Expedited Shipping.
- Orders under $130: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. You can choose your preferred carrier and speed (e.g., Express, Priority, Regular) based on your needs and budget.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked, and vacuum-sealed packaging. There is no external branding, logos, or text that indicates the contents of the package, ensuring your order remains private from end to end.
3. Order Processing
We work fast. Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation in our system. whether you choose local delivery or Canada-wide shipping, you will receive an automated email notification containing your order receipt and relevant tracking details the moment your order is confirmed.
4. Identity Verification (Critical)
To comply with federal and provincial regulations and to ensure the safety of our community, we adhere to strict identity verification protocols. We cannot complete a delivery without verifying the age and identity of the recipient.
First-Time Customers
If this is your first time ordering delivery with us, please be prepared for a brief verification process at the door:
- Government-Issued ID: You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the driver.
- Matching Names: The name on your ID must match the name on the order. For security reasons, our drivers reserve the right to withhold the package if the names do not correspond.
- Secure Record Keeping: To complete your account verification, the driver will take a photo of your ID. This image is instantly uploaded to our secure, encrypted storage system and is strictly used for compliance records. It is never stored on the driver’s personal device.
Returning Customers
We value your convenience. Once your ID has been successfully verified and securely stored during your first delivery, you will not be required to present ID for subsequent deliveries, provided your account information (name and address) remains unchanged.
