    We deliver to the following postal code areas within Victoria, BC:

    • V8T (Downtown, Quadra, Hillside)
    • V8V (James Bay, Fairfield)
    • V8W (Downtown core)
    • V8P (Henderson, Gordon Head)
    • V8X (Saanich East, Quadra)
    • V8R (Oak Bay, Jubilee)
    • V8S (Fairfield East, Gonzales)
    • V8N (Cadboro Bay, Arbutus)


  • Delivery Speed & Processing

    • Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.
    • We guarantee delivery within 30 minutes of order confirmation in all eligible areas.

  • Delivery Fees

    • There are no additional delivery fees—we cover the cost so you pay the same price as in-store.


  • Order Tracking

    • After placing your order, you’ll receive a real-time tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

  • Delivery Hours

    • Service is available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM PST.
    • Orders placed outside these hours will be processed at 10:00 AM PST on the next business day.

  • Special Delivery Locations

    • We can deliver to public spots within our zones—parks, beaches, etc. (e.g., Willows Beach, Beacon Hill Park).

  • Shipping Restrictions

    • We do not ship outside the designated Victoria delivery zones.
    • PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not serviceable.
