Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- You must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at caponyexpress@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form on our site.
- Include your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Capony Express will provide a prepaid return label.
- For returns not caused by us (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange (subject to availability), we’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been opened or used (e.g., partially consumed edibles or pre-rolls)
- Items returned without prior approval from Customer Support
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
