  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
    • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
    • You must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • How to Initiate a Return

    • Email us at caponyexpress@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form on our site.
    • Include your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Capony Express will provide a prepaid return label.
    • For returns not caused by us (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
    • If you prefer an exchange (subject to availability), we’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received the returned item.


  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Any product that has been opened or used (e.g., partially consumed edibles or pre-rolls)
    • Items returned without prior approval from Customer Support
